  • Operational Excellence & Standards:

    • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH), ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional service and culinary quality across all venues.

    • Establish and enforce rigorous operational policies, procedures, and service standards that reflect Michelin-level expectations.

    • Implement best practices for efficiency, cost control, inventory management, and waste reduction without compromising quality.

    • Conduct regular site visits and operational audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with all standards and regulations.

    • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and unwavering attention to detail.

  • Team Leadership & Development:

    • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of General Managers, Executive Chefs, and other key operational leaders.

    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth, accountability, and excellence.

    • Implement robust training programs for all levels of staff, focusing on service protocols, culinary techniques, product knowledge, and guest engagement specific to fine dining.

    • Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and address performance issues effectively.

  • Financial Performance & Profitability:

    • Oversee P&L statements for all restaurant locations, identifying opportunities to optimize revenue and control costs.

    • Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.

    • Implement strategies to maximize sales, enhance guest satisfaction, and drive repeat business.

    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Guest Experience & Brand Reputation:

    • Ensure all guests receive an unparalleled dining experience that consistently exceeds expectations and reinforces our Michelin-level standing.

    • Proactively address guest feedback and resolve issues with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.

    • Protect and enhance the brand reputation through consistent operational excellence and adherence to group values.

  • Compliance & Safety:

    • Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal health, safety, and labor laws and regulations.

    • Implement and maintain rigorous food safety and sanitation protocols.

    • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all restaurant facilities and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).

  • Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant operations, with at least 5 years at a senior management level (e.g., Regional Director, VP of Operations).

  • Non-negotiable: Proven and extensive experience with Michelin-starred or equivalent high-end, fine dining restaurants.

  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing large teams in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

  • Exceptional financial acumen with a strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.

  • Deep understanding of FOH and BOH operations, including culinary processes, service standards, and inventory management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to travel frequently to various restaurant locations as required.

  • Unwavering commitment to quality, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a dynamic and evolving industry.

What We Offer:

  • A highly competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

  • Opportunity to lead operations for a prestigious and growing Michelin-starred restaurant group.

  • A collaborative and supportive work environment.

  • Significant professional growth and development opportunities.

  • The chance to contribute to the culinary landscape at the highest level.
