Minimum Education Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience/Skill Requirements: * Must have a courteous and pleasing personality and a neat and well-groomed appearance. * Must possess public relations personality and enjoy meeting people. * Must be able to meeting public with poise and be able to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy. * Must be able to perform under pressure. * Must be adaptable to hours of work and job requirements. * Must be dependable and honest. * Must be willing to accept direction in training and constructive comments. * Must have general knowledge of food, drinks, garnish, and service times of menu items. * Must have knowledge of table set ups, condiments, etc. * Must have knowledge of overall food and beverage operation. Duties and Responsibilities: ON-CALL PART-TIME HOURS ONLY * Set up and break down banquet spaces per Banquet Event Order (BEO) * Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of event spaces * Provide excellent customer service and communicate with guests * Serve food and beverages according to company standards * Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and sanitation * Manage audio-visual equipment during events * Adhere to safety and security policies and report incidents to management * Perform other duties as required to support event operations HMC is an equal opportunity employer.
