As a Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer and Community Banking – CAMP Technology, you will play a crucial role in an agile team dedicated to enhancing, building, and delivering trusted, market-leading technology products with a focus on security, stability, and scalability. As an experienced technical team member of our Software Engineering Group, we look first and foremost for people who are passionate around solving business problems through innovation and engineering practices. You'll be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, design and architecture as well as partner continuously with your many stakeholders on a daily basis to stay focused on common goals. We embrace a culture of experimentation and constantly strive for improvement and learning. You’ll work in a collaborative, trusting, thought-provoking environment. This role also requires a forward-thinking passion for adopting new technologies and approaches while remaining vigilantly focused on technical strength and maximum availability.
