PSEA employs 78 labor relations specialists known as “UniServ Representatives” who provide representational and advocacy expertise and support to PSEA local unions and members. UniServ Representatives work to build strong local unions that operate at full capacity to negotiate and advocate for public education employees to earn competitive salaries/benefits and enjoy outstanding working conditions.
