Salary: $80,000 - 110,000 per year Requirements:

• We require at least five (5) years of relevant experience in technical systems analysis or business work. You should be skilled in developing Business Requirements, outlining project initiation documents detailing necessary achievements and quality measures. Experience in crafting Functional Requirements, which describe necessary system, process, or product functionalities, as well as User Requirements, is essential. You should also be adept at developing Quality-of-Service (non-functional) Requirements that support functionality, including aspects like performance, scalability, security, and usability. Furthermore, you should possess experience in creating Performance Reports and Requirements Traceability Matrices. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare, or a related accredited program is mandatory, while IIBA or CBAP certification is preferred. Additionally, a valid California Driver's License is necessary.

Responsibilities:

• As an IT Business Systems Analyst II, I expect you to apply analytical techniques and processes to offer guidance to our IT and Business Departments, aiding them in resolving technical issues and ensuring successful project implementation for medium to complex projects. Your role will involve developing comprehensive system documentation that includes requirements specifications, design documents, process flows, use cases, integration flows, data flows, project plans, user manuals, and training procedures. You will engage with stakeholders to capture business requirements effectively and understand the structure, policies, and operations of our organization, thus recommending suitable solutions to help us achieve our goals.
