Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs on all production and facility equipment to ensure minimal downtime.
• Carry out equipment and line changeovers efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct routine and scheduled preventive maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues during production to maintain continuous operations.
• Foster a collaborative team environment by openly communicating, sharing knowledge, and learning from others.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or processing environment.
• Experience with high-speed manufacturing equipment is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
• Able to stay calm and focused under pressure while maintaining professionalism and respect for team members.
• Solid understanding of basic mechanical and electrical concepts, with the ability to apply them in real-world troubleshooting and repairs.
