The Role

Found Rental Co. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to champion our culture and oversee all HR functions. Reporting directly to the executive leadership, you will be a strategic partner responsible for nurturing a positive, high-performance, and values-driven work environment for our growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our people operations align with our mission and core values. The role manages a wide range of human resources and administrative functions. From recruitment and onboarding to payroll, compliance, team member engagement, and performance management, this role is essential in fostering a positive and efficient team member experience across the company.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership & Culture 

  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on all human capital matters, including organizational design, change management, and talent planning.
  • Champion and embed the company’s core values (Collaboration, Heart, Authenticity, Integrity, Reliability) into all HR programs and daily operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging company culture.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding 

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, for all departments, focusing on attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent that aligns with our values and business needs.
  • Develop a comprehensive and engaging onboarding program that effectively introduces new hires to the company’s mission, values, and team. 

Employee Relations & Performance Management

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, always acting with integrity and heart.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration and heart, resolving conflicts fairly, consistently, and with empathy. 
  • Oversee and continually refine the company’s performance management system, including goal setting, regular feedback, and annual reviews, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
  • Coach managers on effective performance feedback, disciplinary action, and employee development. 

Compensation, Benefits, & Compliance

  • Administer and manage the company’s compensation, benefits, and leave programs (e.g., health insurance, 401K, sick and vacation time).
  • Ensure the company remains compliant with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation 

HR Operations and Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Ensure the company adheres to all federal, state, and local labor laws, promoting Integrity in all HR practices. 
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are reflective of our authenticity and professional standards.

Learning & Development 

  • Identify training needs and develop professional development programs to help employees rise in their careers , promoting continuous learning and skill enhancement.
  • Support cross-functional training initiatives to promote better collaboration across the company.
  • Promote continuous learning, encouraging employees to embrace the value of adding to their skill sets, and seek opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops on company values, diversity, equity, and inclusion. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a management or sole HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR Best practices 
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity, upholding integrity.
  • Proven ability to foster a positive, team-oriented culture rooted in collaboration. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organization. 
  • Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and change management. 
  • Proficiency with HRIS and ATS Systems. 
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
