Caregiver - Large Senior Living Community We are seeking an outstanding Caregiver to join our team at our community of The Reserve at North Dallas. Role Overview Our Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. • YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS
• OUR SCHEDULE/PATTERN IS 4 DAYS ON 2 DAYS OFF PATTERN. YOUR DAYS OFF WILL ROTATE EACH WEEK.
• Part Time/PRN positions available
• 2 days on day shift (6am-1pm) Days will rotate each week
• 2 days on evening shift (2pm-8pm) days will rotate each week

Responsibilities

• Provide great resident care and support with activities of daily living (showering/bathing, toilet assistance, personal grooming, assist with hearing aids, glasses, oral care, light housekeeping) and personal hygiene
• Laundry
• Linen changes
• Serve meals
• Answer patient calls and determine how to best help them
• Escorts to and from meals and activities
• Companionship

Qualifications

• Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
• Teamwork and a positive attitude
• Ability to work as a team and also independently
• Previous experience
• A love for seniors
