They are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Data Entry Specialist to join their team and contribute to the success of their growing company. This position is 100% onsite in Bensenville, IL
Bilingual Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities:
Download pictures and enter information from customers and vendors
Assist in the creation and maintenance of reports and spreadsheets
Collaborate with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Supporting different teams with their projects
Respond promptly to data-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies
Perform regular data audits to identify and correct errors
Bilingual Data Entry Specialist Requirements:
Must be bilingual in Spanish
Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong communication skills
