Job Description

Join an innovative team at the forefront of healthcare technology in San Francisco, CA, as a Business Development Representative (BDR) in Tech Sales. This entry-level role, ideal for those with 0-1 years of experience, offers a dynamic work environment where you’ll engage with cutting-edge digital health platforms, medical software, and healthcare analytics. Operating during the first shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, you’ll collaborate across multiple project teams, fostering a culture of innovation and growth. Your role will involve local travel within 30 miles, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through research and outreach using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Participate in sales development training, enhancing your skills and expertise in tech sales.
  • Utilize analytics and reporting to track progress and optimize sales strategies.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities within the San Francisco area.

Required Qualifications

  • 0-1 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Google Analytics Certification.
  • HubSpot Sales Software Certification.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare technology landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
