We are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Associate to support ABC Marketing’s asset management and communication efforts across a dynamic portfolio of campaigns and platforms. This role is key to organizing and optimizing marketing materials, tracking performance, and driving creative execution across digital and on-air initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Own the daily management of ANET, ABC Marketing’s asset distribution platform—updating backend content, maintaining page layouts, and ensuring timely uploads of marketing materials.
Design and maintain ANET webpages to ensure intuitive navigation and access to on-air and digital promotional resources.
Create and publish co-branding assets, co-logos, and e-cards, ensuring all materials meet brand standards and are formatted for affiliate use.
Monitor ANET traffic and user engagement, providing regular reports and insights to inform content strategy and platform improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing assets are aligned with campaign goals and delivered efficiently through ANET.
Track performance of marketing programs and compile actionable insights to support ABC Marketing’s strategic initiatives.
Support the rollout of new tools and technologies that enhance marketing operations and streamline communication workflows.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of marketing, digital asset management, or content operations.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), and Zoom.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of leadership.
Passion for innovation, creative problem solving, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Flexibility & ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Interest in media, television, and film, with knowledge of the entertainment landscape.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $71,000 to $95,100 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
